生鱼炒蒜心[9P]
材料:生鱼一条,蒜心半斤,盐、鸡精适量。
做法:
1、将生鱼去鳞洗净起肉切片,走油待用。骨头嘛,当然用来煮汤了,等会儿就上。

2、蒜心切段,起油锅,下锅翻炒。

3、蒜心断青后,下走油的鱼片一起翻炒,幸好没把鱼片炒烂,呵呵。

4、沿锅边溜一点水,加盐、鸡精调味上盘。OK!
